Beaver Bud Design Club is a collaborative shop featuring work from multiple artists and makers. Because of this, return and refund eligibility can vary by item.
Custom & Made-to-Order Work
Due to the nature of custom and handmade goods, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or made-to-order items. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained glass
- Rugs
- Screen-printed artwork
- Other custom commissions
Each piece is carefully described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please note that materials like glass can change appearance depending on lighting, angle, and environment.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun and the item has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Deposits
Deposits for custom commissions or made-to-order items are not refundable.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to help file a shipping claim or explore repair or replacement options when available.
